Each spoon is made from a twist of Damascus or pattern-welded steel. Damascus steel is a traditional knife material, but the beauty of the pattern is also shown in these spoons. The Vikings used this steel for blades and chefs still use it.
I have made the layered steel and twisted it. Then I have hot forged each spoon and filed it back to reveal the pattern and shape.
It is recommended that you dry and oil the spoons after use.
I have other sizes available also.
